This page explains the relationship between TrustBridge as a product, the Braynic innovation group, and the legal entities that support TrustBridge operations in Nigeria and internationally.
TrustBridge is trust infrastructure for social commerce — verification, escrow protection, and dispute review for buyers and sellers who already trade on WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channels.
TrustBridge is a product currently in development. It is not publicly available for live transactions unless and until we announce otherwise.
Braynic is our business brand and innovation group under which we are developing products, including TrustBridge.
For Nigerian onboarding, payment infrastructure, SMS verification, and related local compliance, TrustBridge is operated through Braynic Technologies Limited, a CAC-registered Nigerian company.
Braynic Technologies Limited is the Nigerian legal operator for TrustBridge’s local operations.
Braynic Technologies Limited is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Nigeria.
