These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the public TrustBridge website at trustbridgeplatform.com (the "Site"), operated by TrustBridge Technologies Inc. ("TrustBridge," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
TrustBridge is building trust infrastructure for social commerce, including identity verification, escrow protection, and dispute review. The public Site provides information about our company and products. TrustBridge is not publicly available for live transactions unless and until we announce otherwise.
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes. It does not constitute legal, financial, investment, or professional advice. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell securities or a solicitation to buy securities.
Product descriptions, screenshots, and flows may reflect planned or in-development features and may change before public launch.
The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by TrustBridge or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Other use requires our prior written consent.
The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUSTBRIDGE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $100) OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrustBridge from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts in Ontario, Canada shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above indicates the latest revision.
