When something goes wrong, both sides submit evidence on-platform. Resolution follows escrow state and platform rules — not chat screenshots alone.

Role model
One account. Roles change per transaction.
There are no permanent buyer or seller accounts. The same person can fund escrow today and create escrow tomorrow — sellers complete Trust Passport first; buyers start with lighter verification.
Jacob pays as a buyer on Day 1. On Day 30 he taps Create Escrow — if his Trust Passport is complete, he sells immediately; if not, he finishes verification first.
