How it works
Three journeys. One trust layer.
TrustBridge connects seller verification, shareable escrow links, buyer funding, delivery, and dispute review into one coherent flow.
- Link-first buyer entry
- Passport-gated sellers
- End-to-end escrow

Seller shares an escrow link in chat. Buyer opens it in a mobile browser — no app required.
End to end
Ten steps from seller verification to funds released.
Every deal follows the same trust layer: verified sellers create escrow, buyers fund through mobile web links, and disputes stay inside platform rules.
Seller completes Trust Passport and creates escrow
TrustBridge generates a secure link
Seller shares the link on WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, SMS, or email
Buyer opens the link in a mobile browser
Buyer views transaction details and seller Trust Passport summary
Buyer creates a basic account and verifies phone number
Buyer funds escrow
Seller delivers goods or services
Buyer confirms satisfaction or opens a dispute
Funds are released or reviewed
Seller journey
Verify first. Then create and share escrow.
Sellers build credibility through Trust Passport, set clear deal terms, and share protected links wherever they already sell.
- Complete Trust Passport verification
- Create escrow with product, amount, and delivery terms
- Review transaction details
- Generate secure TrustBridge link
- Share link on WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, SMS, or email
- Deliver after buyer funds escrow

Sellers complete Trust Passport before they can create escrow links.
Buyer entry
Preview the deal before funding.
Buyers open the seller’s escrow link in a mobile browser, from WhatsApp, Instagram, or anywhere they already chat. No app download required to fund a deal today.
Open the shared link
Tap the escrow link the seller sends in chat. It opens in your phone browser.
Review terms and seller trust
See item details, amount, delivery terms, and the seller Trust Passport summary before you pay.
Verify your buyer account
Complete phone verification, name, and transaction acceptance. Lighter than the full seller Trust Passport.
Fund through verified escrow
Pay into escrow only after payment is verified on TrustBridge, not from a screenshot or chat promise.
Dispute journey
Evidence and review stay inside TrustBridge.
When something goes wrong, both sides submit evidence on-platform. Resolution follows escrow state and platform rules — not chat screenshots alone.
- Buyer or seller opens a dispute on an active transaction
- Evidence and timeline are captured
- Support or admin review the case
- Resolution follows platform rules and escrow state
- Funds are released, refunded, or escalated as appropriate

Active escrow keeps funds protected until delivery is confirmed or reviewed.
Role model
One account. Roles change per transaction.
There are no permanent buyer or seller accounts. The same person can fund escrow today and create escrow tomorrow — sellers complete Trust Passport first; buyers start with lighter verification.
Jacob pays as a buyer on Day 1. On Day 30 he taps Create Escrow — if his Trust Passport is complete, he sells immediately; if not, he finishes verification first.
