What Trust Passport is

A verified identity and trust profile for sellers on TrustBridge. It combines phone, identity, BVN, selfie, and trusted reference checks into one portable trust record buyers can preview before funding escrow.

Seller requirement

Sellers must complete Trust Passport before creating escrow links. This keeps the bar clear: anyone asking strangers to trust them with goods and delivery must first prove they are real and accountable.

Buyer access

Buyers need a verified account to fund escrow with phone verification, name, and acceptance of transaction terms. Full Trust Passport depth can be built over time, but is not required to fund a deal as a buyer.

Verification steps (sellers)

Phone Verification, Identity Verification, BVN Verification, Selfie Verification, and Trusted References.

Trust depth over time

Trust score history, badges, and seller tiers such as Verified, Gold, and Platinum will deepen over time. The foundation is simple: verified sellers create escrow; verified buyers fund escrow.
